Rental terms

Inclusive of all taxes. Available for a minimum stay 5 nights rate on request.

Rates 2024 - High season from 04.05.2024 to 28.09.2024

1.500 Euro per week (max 2 people and a baby cot)

Rates 2024 - Low season from 30.03.2024 to 04.05.2024 and from 28.09.2024 to 02.11.2024

1.350 Euro per week (max 2 people and a baby cot)

Rates 2024 - Extra costs

Final cleaning 140 Euro per week. Baby cot and high chair 75 Euro per week

Rates 2025 - High season from 26.04.2025 to 04.10.2025

1.600 Euro per week (max 2 people and a baby cot)

Rates 2025 - Low season from 29.03.2025 to 26.04.2025 and from 04.10.2025 to 05.11.2025

1.450 Euro per week (max 2 people and a baby cot)

Final cleaning 150 Euro per week. Baby cot and high chair 75 Euro per week

Deposit

Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: 300 Euro

Payment terms

Credit/debit cards are not accepted. A non refundable deposit of 30% of total amount of the booking is required to guarantee your reservation. Balance is due 60 days before arrival

Cancellation

Less than 60 days before arrival 50% of total rental due. Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of total rental due

Insurance

You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your booking and is not provided by us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

Tourist Tax

Tourist Tax 2,50€ per person (children under the age of 12 don’t pay) for the first 3 nights.
