Rental terms

Inclusive of all taxes. Available for a minimum stay of 1 week.

High season from 13.05.2023 to 22.09.2023

1.850 Euro per week (max 3 people)

Low season from 01.04.2023 to 12.05.2023 and from 23.09.2023 to 03.11.2023

1.650 Euro per week (max 3 people)

Extra costs

Final cleaning 140 Euro per week, Baby cot and high chair 75 Euro per week

Deposit

Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: 300 Euro

Payment terms

Credit/debit cards are not accepted. A non refundable deposit of 30% of total amount of the booking is required to guarantee your reservation. Balance is due 60 days before arrival

Cancellation

Less than 60 days before arrival 50% of total rental due. Less than 30 days before arrival 100% of total rental due

CoronaVirus Travel restrictions

If the period including your stay, borders are closed due to Government restrictions and you are unable to travel from your home Country to Italy or if quarantine restrictions are in place at the day of arrival,it is possible to postpone the stay later in 2023 without any penalty OR receive a Voucher for the rental amount already paid, reusable in 2023 for the same property, also transferable to other people.

Insurance

You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your booking and is not provided by us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.
