Rental terms

Inclusive of all taxes. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Minimum stay: 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Rates 2026 – High season from 24.04.2026 to 03.10.2026

4,900 Euro per week (max 6 people)

Rates 2026 – Low season from 28.03.2026 to 24.04.2026 and from 03.10.2026 to 31.10.2026

4,350 Euro per week (max 6 people)

Rates 2027 – High season from 24.04.2027 to 02.10.2027

5,100 Euro per week (max 6 people)

Rates 2027 – Low season from 20.03.2027 to 24.04.2027 and from 02.10.2027 to 30.10.2027

4,500 Euro per week (max 6 people)

Cleaning, garden and pool maintenance

270 Euro per week, to be paid in cash on arrival. The fee includes final cleaning and midweek cleaning for stays longer than one week, as well as daily garden and pool maintenance, except on Sundays.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool will be open from 24.04.2026 to 02.10.2026.

Additional services

Baby cot and high chair: 90 Euro. Shopping service: 30 Euro. Early arrival or late arrival, when available: 50 Euro. Standard arrival time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Deposit

Refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on arrival: 500 Euro.

Payment terms

Credit/debit cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booking is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation

Less than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount is due. Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount is due.

Insurance

You are strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance for all members of your party. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your booking and is not provided by us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs.

Tourist Tax

Tourist Tax: 2.50 Euro per person for the first 3 nights. Children under the age of 12 do not pay.
